Hi world of family documentation; thought I'd drop by. You know, document a few things.
I am turning into my mother and cutting off perfectly lovely long hair on daughters.... But it's OK, I've forgiven my mom for chopping my hair and Sarah actually chopped her own first (see the little tuft on the top? She did that a few weeks back). I think she looks charming with a little bob and it doesn't get as stringy as the long hair. I was also reminded how hard it is to do a good job on straight, straight fine hair.
Just a random braid I liked in Nora's hair (yes we were at the grocery store). I don't know why I bother with her hair, she always takes it out sometimes during school....
I've found a new winter study spot. I'm like a cat and need a spot of sunshine. On another note, I am loving the new Relief Society lesson manual. I'm so excited I get to be a teacher this year. Of course, I have the world's best group of women to teach I don't have to hardly do anything, their thoughts and insights are always just what we need to hear. We had a great lesson today on Our Father in Heaven. I'm so grateful for the gospel and sunny study spots.
I am determined to organize this corner of life. Down with piles of paper!!!!
This is what I discovered Saturday morning - 3 kids in Sarah's bed enjoying a book. Nora is such a good big sister, always willing to read to the younger kids.
