Every year we go canoeing and every year (because I'm the favorite child) I get to paddle Moby Dick, the big white canoe - it's great. This year it was Uncle Brian, Isaac and me in the beast and we were a great crew.
Enjoy the canoe trip.
Sarah, Diana and Sage ready for take off.
Isaac worked really hard.
Sage is lovely with or without teeth.
Grandma's boat came too this year to haul supplies and because canoeing is very painful for Grandpa's back. It was a great addition and some of the kids started learning to ski.
Canoeing trip = happy Marian
Frank, oh Frank!
Sarah oh Sarah!
Yes, I know, there is a photo like this every year, but it is really so pretty as the sun sets.
S'mores and Grandpa, Diana's favorite things.
Isaac waited ALL day for the chips at dinner.
Snuggles.
The kids spent hours on the water and had a great time!
Livy came this year and was a great camper (except the needing to go to the bathroom 4 times in 30 minutes - heehee).
The sheriff stopped us on our way home, but we were OK we had our life vests and whistles.
Gorgeous water!
Uncle Brian kept Moby going straight and true.
Heading back up the river.
Look at those tired, happy eyes!
Emmy was not to be found the whole trip since she and David were always in the water but I caught her at the end!
Farewell canoeing trip! Lets do it again!
