come, come, come!!!

The East Valley Mormon Choral Organization (try saying that 5 times fast) is getting ready for an AMAZING concert! We are performing the Arizona premier of a new oratorio called Messiah in America, based on the third Nephi account of the Savior's visit to the Americas.

We ran through almost the entire work on Thursday and even in it's rough form it was incredible! I can't wait until we have all 8 percussionists and the children's chorus and the soloists. We will even have a thunder sheet (if you don't know what that is you are in for a treat!).

We are performing on March 5th at 5 and 8 pm at the Mesa Arts Center. It will be more than worth the ticket price. (Yes, I know it's the all scout dinner, but come on, you have to pay a baby sitter any way, make it a late night).

If you live in Utah, we are doing the Utah premier on June 3rd in the tabernacle, tickets available soon. We will also be recording the work that week in Abravanel Hall.
