"Carty, the amazing", (that is the official title of Mellissa of "Mellissa and Josh" on the sidebar) designed a bow tie for her son Emerson and inspired me. Sadly, I'm too cheap to spring for a pattern, so I had to improvise and am pretty pleased with the outcome. Ryan even learned how to tie it. Isaac felt very manly at church. Unfortunately it did not improve his reverence. At least he was handsome as he wrestled me on the bench, squirmed in my arms at the back of the chapel, and screamed in the foyer - ah church!

He looks darling. Sweet skills, Mairan! And, just for the record and so the record knows, I think of you are nothing less than amazing. Having you in my first companionship was a blessed miracle.
