We got Grandma home to Idaho and Daddy home to AZ, so life is back to "normal". Isaac is a wreck and not a very happy camper, possibly because Dad had 9, yes NINE meetings yesterday! Wow, and all that with jet lag! The other big news of the day, Isaac and I set up Sarah's crib and put away the bassinet - a sad day for this mom, but Sarah hits the side if the bassinet in her sleep and is suddenly no longer sleeping. Sarah was also thrilled to see her daddy home, but did not get enough if him yesterday either.
We have instituted a new policy at our house - if it is on the floor and no one is playing with it or reading it, it disappears. Out house has too many people in it for messes. We'll see how long it lasts.
Hasta!

My mom did the same thing for us as kids with our stuff. She put it in a "Gunny Sack" which was a huge bag made out of cloth with a scary face on it. We had to do and extra chore or something so get our toys or belongings back.
Mom always used to charge us for our misplaced things. There was a big basket in her room and the bigger the item the more it cost to get it outta hock. Course if we didn't have money, she'd make us do chores or to to Grandmas and do chores for money and then make us pay!
Oh I love that rule...we may adopt it!!!!
